Hi, I'm Roshan

Hello! I'm Roshan, a Software Developer with a unique blend of technical expertise and creative roots. My journey into tech began in 2015 when I transitioned from photography to building interactive user interfaces. I started as a Frontend Developer at Rapid Web Solution in Nepal, a subsidiary of GetDevDone (formerly P2H). Over six years, I grew from a trainee to a mid-level developer contributing to major projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. This experience also laid a strong foundation for my role as a Research Assistant at Tampere University.

I hold an MSc in Computing Sciences from Tampere University, Finland, with a focus on Software, Web, and Cloud technologies. After moving to Finland, I’ve continued to strengthen my full-stack development skills by working with modern technologies like React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

I'm passionate about building scalable, user-centered applications that are both functional and delightful to use. I’m now looking to bring that energy to a collaborative, impact-driven team where I can continue learning and contribute meaningfully.
